I started my firm under the belief that every man, woman, and child who has been wronged deserves a tenacious advocate who leaves no stone unturned in bringing justice and answers during their most trying times. I've spent my career helping people, and through it all I have gone toe-to-toe with some of the country's largest corporations—companies that will do anything to avoid accountability, from hiding evidence and rewriting history to devaluing real human suffering and emotion. I firmly believe the wronged deserve a voice, and I stop at nothing in the pursuit of bringing justice to any person who walks through my door, no matter how large the case or the opponent—and I do it while following the highest ethical standards.
My philosophy on the practice of law is simple: first and foremost, every person who entrusts me with their representation has access to me personally. My goal in life and in practice is to give the one thing I can promise—my time, my counsel, and my personal commitment to finding answers when the truth remains out of reach. To do that, I purposefully take on only a certain number of cases so that I can devote all of my time and resources to solving the most difficult ones. My areas of focus deal with life-changing injuries and the death of a loved one caused by corporate malfeasance and greed. I know every one of my clients and treat them as if they are family; one of my favorite things in life is receiving mail, texts, or well-wishes from clients whose cases resolved many years prior. While I may not be able to help every person who has been wronged, trust that it is with intent, so that I may provide focused, relentless attention to every detail of my clients' cases.
When I take a case, I take on a cause—because your story isn't just a number or a statistic. It is a very real, lived human experience. Suffering through a severe loss, whether to yourself or a loved one, is raw, and when that suffering is accompanied by a lack of answers or accountability, it leaves a pain in your soul. I make it my mission to shoulder that burden alongside you. I will listen to your whole story, and I will do everything within my power to right what has been wronged. I can never promise a result, but I can promise that if I am able to take your case, it has my full attention, you will never have to wonder what is going on with your case, and you will always have my direct access and attention.
